You can participate in the conference with oral or poster presentation or attend it without any presentation as well. The procedure is following:

  1. Fill in the registration form

    If you are going to contribute with presentation you will also need to upload abstract using the same form. Just download the abstract template and follow its recommendations. Abstract should not exceed one page.

  2. Wait for notification of acceptance

    You will receive the notification of acceptance as well as all documents for payment within 21 days after the registration. You will be also given a registration ID, so we can figure out all formalities easier.

  3. Pay the registration fee and notify

    You will get all detailed instructions as well as the amount to pay together with notification of acceptance. Then you will have to pay the registration fee online by using a credit card. The table with registration fee is available below.

Registration fee includes admission to the conference and pre-conference workshop, conference materials, coffee breaks and lunches, welcoming social on Sunday as well as excursion to Grenen on Monday and gala dinner on Tuesday. The values are in Danish krone (DKK) and are including VAT.


Traditionally IASIM will provide three student scholarships, which include a conference registration waiver. Students are defined as actively pursuing a college degree. Applicants should register with an abstract and supply a short letter from their advisor or department head indicating their status as a student and the department in which they are enrolled.

Oral and poster presentations

The conference program will include invited lectures, oral presentations, posters and short presentations from sponsors. The official conference language is English.

The contributions may report mature results, but feasibility studies or problem discussions are also more than welcome. You can find list of confirmed speakers here. The time for oral presentations is 15 minutes plus 5 minutes for discussion.

Poster contributions (A0 with portrait orientation) may be put up on the first day of the conference and will be accessible during coffee breaks as well as a dedicated poster session. The organizers will provide all necessary tools for setting up your poserts.
