The conference will take place in Skagen (Denmark) — a unique place on the north of Denmark, where the Baltic meets the North Sea.

The conference sessions as well as workshop and welcome reception on Sunday will take place in Color Hotel Skagen. The hotel offers a limited amount of rooms for a special price of 1 350 DKK (~180 EUR) per night to the conference participants. The hotel also offers appartments for 3-4 persons. How to get there

Skagen can be easily reached by regular train (Re75, runs every hour) that goes from Aalborg via Frederikshavn. Both Aalborg and Frederikshavn, in their turn, have train connections with major Danish cities including direct trains to/from Copenhagen. Frederikshavn also has ferry connections with Göteborg (Sweden) and Oslo (Norway).

The closest airport to Skagen is located in Aalborg, it has daily flights from/to London, Amsterdam and Copenhagen. Travel time from Aalborg airport to Skagen via public transportation is approximtately 2.5 hours.
